Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using ClawWrapper ("Product"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not purchase or use the Product. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nomadan Apps Ltd ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Product

Please read before buying: ClawWrapper is a developer starter kit, source code that gives you a starting point for building a SaaS app. It is not a finished product. The code is provided "as is" and may need debugging, setup, and changes to work in your specific setup. Things may not work perfectly out of the box. By buying, you accept this and understand that all sales are final (see Section 6).

The Product includes:

  • Full source code built with Next.js, TypeScript (strict mode), and Tailwind CSS
  • Google OAuth authentication via Supabase with cookie-based session persistence
  • Stripe or Lemon Squeezy subscription billing with webhooks, customer portal, and idempotency tracking
  • Admin dashboard with user and instance management
  • Cloud deployment via Fly.io Machines API with automatic resource allocation
  • Automatic HTTPS with zero configuration
  • Postgres database schema with row-level security policies
  • Telegram bot integration with open DM mode
  • White-label branding system via environment variables
  • Setup wizard and deployment automation
  • Step-by-step documentation (setup, deployment, customization)

We reserve the right to modify the Product at any time. Updates are provided at our discretion and are not guaranteed on any schedule.

3. What the Product Does NOT Include

To set clear expectations, ClawWrapper does not include:

  • Hosting or infrastructure: you must provide your own Fly.io account, Supabase project, Stripe or Lemon Squeezy account, domain, and any other services required to run the Product
  • Email/password authentication: only Google OAuth is included out of the box. Additional auth methods can be added by the developer using Supabase's auth providers.
  • A ready-to-use product out of the box: ClawWrapper is a starter kit that you configure, customize, and deploy yourself
  • Ongoing technical support or consulting: documentation is provided, but hands-on support is not included in the purchase price
  • A guarantee of revenue, profit, or business success

4. Developer Responsibility

ClawWrapper is sold as a starter kit for developers. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have the technical skills necessary to work with the Product, or will engage someone who does. You are solely responsible for:

  • Setting up and configuring all required services (Supabase, Stripe or Lemon Squeezy, Fly.io, domain, DNS, environment variables)
  • Customizing the code to fit your specific use case and business requirements
  • Deploying, maintaining, securing, and monitoring your production environment
  • Keeping dependencies up to date and applying security patches to your deployment
  • Ensuring your product complies with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where you operate, including data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Creating your own Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any other legal documents required for your end product
  • Any content, data, or services you provide to your own users
  • Backing up your code and data. We are not responsible for data loss

5. Payment and Billing

5.1 Payment Processing

We use Lemon Squeezy as our payment processor. By purchasing ClawWrapper, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and to comply with Lemon Squeezy's terms of service and privacy policy. Your payment information is processed and stored entirely by Lemon Squeezy. We do not have access to your full credit card details.

5.2 Pricing

ClawWrapper is sold as a one-time purchase. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time at our sole discretion. Price changes do not affect existing purchases. We may offer promotional discounts or special pricing at any time.

6. Refund Policy — All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. No refunds. When you buy ClawWrapper, you get instant access to the full source code. Because you already have the code, there is no way to "return" it. By buying, you agree that no refunds will be given for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or failure to use the Product
  • Lack of technical skill to set up, configure, or customize the Product
  • Incompatibility with your specific environment, hosting provider, or third-party services
  • Bugs, errors, or things not working as expected — this is a starter kit provided "as is" (see Section 10)
  • Business outcomes, revenue expectations, or product-market fit
  • Features you expected but that are not listed in the product description

The only exception is a billing error (for example, you were charged twice by mistake). If that happens, email us at ClawWrapper@proton.me and we will look into it.

7. Revenue Claims and Earnings Disclaimer

Revenue figures mentioned on our website (e.g., "$2K–$39K/mo") come from public listings on trustmrr.com and represent what other OpenClaw wrapper sellers have reported. These are not typical results and not a guarantee. We show them only to illustrate what others have done.

What you earn depends entirely on your own work: your execution, marketing, product quality, timing, competition, and many other things we have no control over. Buying ClawWrapper does not mean you will make any money at all.

You understand that every business carries risk, and you take full responsibility for your own business decisions.

8. Third-Party Services

ClawWrapper integrates with third-party services. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and policies:

  • Supabase: database, authentication, and row-level security
  • Stripe or Lemon Squeezy: payment processing, subscriptions, and customer portal (buyer chooses provider)
  • Fly.io: cloud machine deployment and hosting
  • Telegram: bot messaging via open DM mode
  • Lemon Squeezy: payment processing for ClawWrapper purchases

We are not responsible for the availability, performance, pricing, terms, or practices of these third-party services. Changes to these services may affect the functionality of ClawWrapper, and we are not obligated to update the Product to accommodate such changes.

9. Updates and Maintenance

Lifetime updates are provided at our discretion. We may release bug fixes, security patches, dependency updates, and new features, but we are not obligated to release updates on any schedule, maintain backward compatibility, or continue development of the Product indefinitely. Updates are provided "as is" and you are responsible for reviewing and merging them into your codebase.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. NOMADAN APPS LTD EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

NOMADAN APPS LTD MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT: THE PRODUCT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; THE PRODUCT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE; THE PRODUCT WILL BE COMPATIBLE WITH YOUR SPECIFIC ENVIRONMENT, HOSTING PROVIDER, OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES; OR THAT ANY ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NOMADAN APPS LTD AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT
  • ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR DEPLOYMENT, HOSTING, OR PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENT
  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA OR TRANSMISSIONS
  • ANY BUSINESS DECISIONS OR ACTIONS TAKEN BASED ON THE PRODUCT OR INFORMATION ON OUR WEBSITE
  • ANY SECURITY VULNERABILITIES, BUGS, OR ERRORS IN THE PRODUCT
  • ANY CHANGES TO THIRD-PARTY SERVICES THAT AFFECT THE PRODUCT'S FUNCTIONALITY
  • ANY LEGAL, REGULATORY, OR COMPLIANCE ISSUES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCT

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nomadan Apps Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Product
  • Your violation of any term of these Terms of Service
  • Products, services, or applications you build using ClawWrapper
  • Any claim by your end users or customers related to products built with ClawWrapper
  • Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right

13. Termination

We may terminate your license if you breach any of these Terms. Particularly the license restrictions. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of ClawWrapper in your possession. Products you have already deployed to end users are not affected by termination of your ClawWrapper license.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce. The seat of arbitration shall be Nicosia, Cyprus. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Product constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and License, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nomadan Apps Ltd regarding ClawWrapper.
