1. License Grant

Upon purchase, Nomadan Apps Ltd ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the ClawWrapper source code under the terms below.Nomadan Apps Ltd retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in the starter kit itself.

2. What You CAN Do

  • Build unlimited products: use the starter kit to create as many SaaS applications as you want, for personal or commercial use
  • Modify the code: customize, extend, and adapt the source code to fit your needs
  • Deploy commercially: charge your users for products you build with ClawWrapper
  • Keep it forever: your license does not expire

3. What You CANNOT Do

  • Resell or redistribute the starter kit: you may not sell, share, sublicense, or distribute ClawWrapper (or any derivative of it) as a boilerplate, starter kit, template, or similar product. You are buying the right to build with it, not to resell it.
  • Share the source code: you may not share the unmodified or lightly-modified source code with anyone who has not purchased their own license. This includes posting it publicly, sharing in communities, or giving it to collaborators who are not license holders.
  • Remove copyright or attribution notices: you may not remove or alter any proprietary notices in the source code
  • Claim authorship of the starter kit: you own products you build with ClawWrapper, but not ClawWrapper itself

4. Team Use

A single license is for one individual. If multiple team members need access to the ClawWrapper source code, each must purchase their own license. You may deploy products built with ClawWrapper to shared infrastructure, but the source code repository should only be accessible to license holders.

5. Ownership

You own: Any applications, products, or services you build using ClawWrapper as a starting point, including your custom code, content, branding, and user data.

Nomadan Apps Ltd retains: All ownership and intellectual property rights in the ClawWrapper starter kit, including the original source code, architecture, documentation, and any updates provided.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. We may terminate your license if you breach any of these terms. Particularly the restrictions in Section 3. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of ClawWrapper in your possession. Products you have already deployed to end users are not affected by termination.

7. No Warranty

ClawWrapper is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. See our Terms of Service for the full disclaimer.

8. Governing Law

This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Severability

If any provision of this License is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
